This Karen Davies mold is very flexible and made of the highest quality silicone. Instructions: Roll out either fondant or marzipan. Mix the fondant with a bit of tylose powder if necessary. Make a ball and press it very well from the inside to the outside of the mold. Remove the created shape from the mold. You can make the fondant/marzipan peel off more easily if you sprinkle a little cornstarch on the mold before using it. Wash and dry the mold well before using.
