This Karen Davies mold is made of high-quality flexible silicone. Instructions: Knead your fondant or marzipan well; if necessary, add a little Tylosa powder to make it more flexible and to harden as it dries. Roll the dough into a ball and press it into the mold cavities from inside out. Remove excess dough with a sharp knife. If your dough sticks, lightly dust the mold with a bit of cornstarch or icing sugar before use. Wash and dry the mold thoroughly before using.
