Renshaw Pro Sugar Paste in Black. Renshaw's specially formulated Extra Black Pro Fondant is now available in a 1kg pack. This fondant is extra firm and extra elastic. This makes it ideal for very hot and humid climates. Note that this fondant has a firmer texture than Renshaw's standard fondant. UK vanilla flavored fondant is very springy, yet firm and does not stick. Due to its smooth finish it is ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used to make beautiful decorations. Approx. 500 grams of fondant to cover a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.
