A l'Olivier is a small company that has its origins in a small store in the "Le Marais" neighborhood in Paris dedicated to selling the best Oils from Provence to the wealthy Parisians. Year after year A l'Olivier got a loyal clientele who visited his store not only to buy the best oils but also to buy delicatessen products that they could not find in other stores. In 1985 the new owner decided to create a factory in the south of France to produce flavored oils and other specialties such as vinegars and mustards. Now it is one of the best-selling gourmet mustards in the world
