Ruda spicy sauce made from the lactic fermentation process for two years, at a constant temperature, of ripe serrano chili, manually shredded. Subsequently, the base ferment is macerated for six months in ECO apple cider vinegar together with the ground habanero chili, morita chili and Jamaican flower. Tasting note - Very aromatic sauce, with an intense and acetic flavour, with a medium spiciness. Semi-liquid consistency and density. Unfiltered. Gluten-free and lactose-free. Preservative-free.
