Preparation: See the quantity chart or go to www.funcakes.com for proportions and cooking times. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Put the mixture, eggs and water in a bowl. Mix on high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then mix on low speed for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Put the cake in the oven and do not open the door during cooking. The cake is ready when it feels springy to the touch. Release the cake immediately after baking and cool on a cake rack. Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, skimmed cocoa powder (5%), wheat starch, emulsifier: E472b (palm), E477 (palm), malt barley, glucose syrup (dehydrated), raising agent: E500, E450, skimmed milk powder, burnt sugar, thickener: E415.
