More information

Usage instructions: Remove the lid and heat in the microwave at full power (800w) for 10 seconds. Stir well after each 10 seconds and repeat until completely melted. Alternatively, the coloring can be melted using a bain-marie. Then apply the coloring onto a chocolate mold or an acetate sheet to create colorful designs that will transform your chocolate work. Note that the appearance of these colorants inside the jar may cause alarm due to stains, white marks, and circular marks caused by cocoa butter. We can assure you that these marks are a natural separation process known as cocoa butter bloom or "fat bloom." This "bloom" occurs during the manufacturing process when the coloring cools or tempers, causing the formation of irregular crystals. Although it may appear so, it is not mold. Mold requires water, and chocolate is classified as anhydrous (contains no water). If the chocolate coloring is remelted, the marks will disappear and it will function perfectly and have the expected flavor. Ingredients: cocoa butter, coloring: E153. This product is: nut-free, suitable for vegetarians, and suitable for vegans.
