Extra virgin olive oil (42.6%), basil (33%), pine nuts (9%), Grana Padano DOP (7%) (may contain traces of eggs), potato flakes, salt, sugar, Pecorino Romano DOP (1%), acidity regulator: lactic acid. To maximize the flavor of Pesto alla Genovese, it is advisable to use half the salt that is normally used for cooking water.
