Description
Generously sized grain that offers good cooking resistance. During firing, the heat penetrates to the most peripheral area leaving the nucleus to the tooth. Due to this characteristic it is suitable for making all kinds of rice dishes (especially ideal for making “risottos”). Cooking minutes: 14-16 minutes.
