De Cecco egg pasta is produced with very fresh eggs and kneaded with a special method, which allows us to obtain a very subtle leaf, like home-made. Tagliatelle with spinach, from the family of long pasta with flat section, have a thickness of 0.55 mm. and a length of 5.60 mm. They originate from the regions of northern Italy, from Emilia in particular. Tagliatelle is a pasta with a quite versatile format to be eaten in different ways and with different condiments: they are optimal in pasta without liquid seasonings or in pasta cakes. Excellent with fish and seafood based sauces, white sauces based on soft cheeses and milk cream adding curry or saffron. Cook time: 3 minutes.
