Torta alle mandorle without glutine, with lemon from Mentone BIO (IGP). The mandorla features and clean products of the Biscuiterie de Provence, a family home created in 1833 by Joseph Bédouin. Biscotti dolci and salati, calissons and so many specialties, such as Spanish bread, are made using classic rice with natural ingredients, without preservatives and colours.
