Monovarietal Arbequina La Chinata is the juice of olives of the Arbequina variety. It is a very common variety from Tarragona and Lleida, although it is also present in the Aragonese community and in some parts of Andalusia and Castilla La Mancha. We collect only those fruits that meet the properties that we consider essential to obtain a very high quality Extra Virgin.
