Es la mejor que he probado, tanto desde el punto de vista gastronómico (es una pasta con muy buena textura, consistente; aguanta bien la cocción y no se pega ni desprende almidón; es fácil dejarla al dente; se impregna muy bien de la salsa, y es exquisita) como nutricional (tiene un alto contenido de proteínas: 14,5 %).
