Preparation: Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 500 g of the mixture with 80 ml of water, 3 eggs (150 g), 150 ml (140 g) of vegetable oil and 150 g of grated carrot. Add chopped walnuts (25 g) and/or soaked raisins (40 g) to taste. Mix for 5 minutes and pour the cake batter into a buttered 20cm square or 22cm round mould. Bake the cake in the center of the oven for about 50-60 minutes until golden brown. For the Cupcakes, bake for 25 minutes. Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, dehydrated whey (milk), potato starch, raising agent: E450, E500, herbs and spices (cinnamon), wheat starch, salt, emulsifier: E481 (palm), thickener: E415, aroma.
