Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 150°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 175 g of soft (cream) butter. Add 400 g of the mixture with 4 eggs (200 g) and mix at low speed for 4 minutes until a smooth dough is obtained. Grease a 10" (25cm) baking pan. Pour batter into pan and bake cake in center of oven for about 55 minutes until golden brown.
