Descubrí la pasta Rummo en un viaje a Roma. Es la mejor que he probado, tanto desde el punto de vista gastronómico (es una pasta con muy buena textura, consistente; aguanta bien la cocción y no se pega ni desprende almidón; es fácil dejarla al dente; se impregna muy bien de la salsa, y es exquisita) como nutricional (tiene un alto contenido de proteínas: 14,5 %). Esta variedad es mi favorita. Estos rigatone tienen una consistencia fuerte y placentera.
