Manual harvest and collection in boxes of 20 kg. After passing through the selection table, the wine was macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 18 days, the Grenache and 25 days the mazuela. Raised for seven months in French oak boots, La Garnacha and American oak, La Mazuela. Second and third year boots. Malolactic fermentation in the boots. Cold stabilized and gently filtered before bottling.
