Easily make a wide variety of beautiful flowers with this handy flexible mold from Karen Davies. The high-quality silicone mold contains large daisies (can also be used as a sunflower), small daisies, buttercups, flowers, apple blossoms, pansies, leaves, roses, large, medium and small rose buds. Combine the different flowers and use them to decorate cakes, cupcakes and much more. Instructions: Spread fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate or marzipan well. Mix the fondant with a bit of tylose powder if necessary. Make a ball and press it very well from the inside to the outside of the mold. Remove the created shape from the mold. You can make the fondant/marzipan peel off more easily if you sprinkle a little cornstarch on the mold before using it.
