Easily create a wide variety of beautiful flowers with this practical flexible mold by Karen Davies. The high-quality silicone mold includes large daisies (also usable as sunflowers), small daisies, ranunculus, flowers, apple blossoms, pansies, leaves, roses, and large, medium, and small rose buds. Combine the different flowers and use them to decorate cakes, cupcakes, and much more. Instructions: Roll out the fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, or marzipan well. Mix the fondant with a little tylose powder if necessary. Make a ball and press it firmly from inside to outside of the mold. Remove the created shape from the mold. You can make the fondant/marzipan release more easily if you sprinkle a little cornstarch on the mold before using it.
