The Karen Davies mold is flexible and made of high-quality silicone. Instructions: Knead your fondant well. Mix the fondant if necessary with a little tylose powder. Make a ball and press the marzipan or fondant from the inside out and into the mold. Remove the form from the mold. If necessary, lightly sprinkle the mold with cornstarch so that the fondant or paste you use unmolds more easily. Wash and dry the mold well before using.
