Muy sabrosa la pasta. A los niños les encanta.
Descubrí la pasta Rummo en un viaje a Roma. Es la mejor que he probado. Las variedades blancas tienen muy buena textura, consistente; aguanta bien la cocción y no se pega ni desprende almidón; es fácil dejarla al dente; se impregna muy bien de la salsa, y es exquisita). Ahora he podido probar algunas variedades integrales (y ecológicas), como esta, y he comprobado que preservan bien las cualidades que ya conocía de las blancas. Normalmente la pasta integral me gusta bastante menos que la blanca, pero esta pasta Rummo es de lejos la pasta integral de mejor textura y sabor que he probado. La prefiero a las pastas blancas de casi todas las marcas.
