Preparation: Preheat the oven to 160°C (convection oven 140°C). Mix 500 g of dough and 250 g of melted butter (cream). Add 3 eggs (150 g) and mix at low speed for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add 125 g of chopped walnuts and/or hazelnuts if desired. Line a buttered mold (20x20 cm) with baking paper and fill with the dough. Bake the brownie in the middle of the oven for 35 minutes. Do not open the oven while baking. The brownie will be soft and creamy inside. Once baked, let the brownie cool and harden in the fridge for at least an hour before cutting. Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, skimmed cocoa powder, natural flavouring, salt, emulsifier: E471 (palm) .
