It is perfect for covering a cake and cutting shapes. Knead well before use and spread on a thin layer of icing sugar. You can also use the sugar paste to model or create different shapes and designs. Can be colored with food coloring. Let the fondant sit for an hour after coloring (covered) for best results. Knead the sugar paste again before continuing to work. Preparation: The following process is recommended for best results: Let the sugar paste come to room temperature. Knead the sugar paste firmly until smooth and elastic. Dust your work surface with a little icing sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3mm thick). Turn the fondant a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Are small cracks still appearing on the edges as you roll out the fondant? Knead again firmly until edges are smooth when rolled out. The sugar paste is then ready to be used. Ingredients: sugar (79%), vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), glucose syrup, water, humectant: E422, emulsifier: E471, thickener: E415, E466, natural flavouring, preservative: E200, acidifier: E330.
