Renshaw Pro Sugar Paste in Marshmallow White. Renshaw's specially formulated extra fondant is now available in a white cloud version. This fondant is extra firm, extra elastic and has a delicious cloud flavor. This makes it ideal for hotter and more humid climates. Please note that this fondant has a firmer texture than Renshaw's standard fondant. UK cloud flavored fondant is very springy, yet firm and does not stick. Due to its smooth finish it is ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used to make beautiful decorations. Approx. 500 grams of fondant to cover a round cake with a diameter of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm.
