Instructions for use: Remove the lid and heat in the microwave at full power (800w) for 10 seconds. Stir well after every 10 seconds and repeat until completely melted. You can also melt the dye in a water bath. Then apply the colorant to a chocolate mold or acetate sheet to create colorful designs that will transform your chocolate work. Keep in mind that the appearance of these dyes inside the can can cause alarm, due to the stains, white marks and circular marks that appear from the cocoa butter. We can assure you that these marks are a natural separation process known as cocoa butter flower or "fat flower". This "blooming" occurs during the manufacturing process, when the coloration cools or tempers, causing irregular crystals to form. Although it looks like it, it's not mold. For mold to grow it needs water and chocolate is classified as anhydrous (does not contain water). If the chocolate coloring is re-melted, the marks will disappear and it will work perfectly and taste as expected. Ingredients: cocoa butter, dye: E153. This product is: nut free, suitable for vegetarians, and suitable for vegans.
