Preparation: The ingredients must be at room temperature. Knead 500 g of mixture, 150 g of butter (cream) and 1 egg (50 g) until a firm dough is obtained. Let it harden in the fridge for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a flat floured surface (3 mm thick), cut out the biscuits and bake them in the center of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Let the cookies cool and decorate as desired. Serves about 25 biscuits of 7-10 cm, depending on the thickness and shape. Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, dextrose (wheat), glucose syrup (dehydrated), raising agent: E450, E500, aroma (milk).
