Tartuflanghe, a company specializing in white truffles and other typical products from Le Langhe, was born in Alba, in Piedmont. Alba is the world capital of the white truffle. There Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro started, in 1968, the business of marketing it. His Da Beppe restaurant innovated in the cuisine of mushrooms and that precious fungus. In 1980, they created Tartuflanghe, a world leader in quality Truffle products.
