Preparation: For 1 portion of Enchanted Cream®. Mix 150 g of mixture, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed. Add a FunCakes flavoring of your choice. The cream can be used immediately. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before using it again. If preferred, the mixture can be made with just milk (200 ml) or just with water (200 ml) to make it more or less creamy. One portion of Enchanted Cream® is enough to fill 2 layers and cover a 25cm diameter cake, or to swirl around 24-30 cupcakes.
