The Espinaler mussels come from the Ría de Arosa. Between the months of July and February the mussel is in optimal conditions and is collected from the rafts to take it directly to the workshop to ensure maximum freshness. They are washed, steamed and the beards are removed by hand, so as not to damage the food. Fry in olive oil, place one by one in the can and add the marinade. Finally, the product is sterilized and left to rest, so that the time ends up giving the good taste to these mussels, which are exquisite. Does not contain gluten. Food suitable for celiacs.
