The scallops, although they have a great similarity with the scallop, are of another species and smaller in size. It is a tasty seafood surprising for its characteristic texture. The Espinaler scallops have their origin in the Galician Rías. After purification to remove sand, they are dehydrated and the hepatopancreas is removed. They are then canned by adding scallop sauce, made according to traditional Galician recipes. Does not contain gluten. Food suitable for celiacs.
