Description
Typical jam from the Empordà area that our grandmothers already made. Mix very difficult to prepare, since it takes three days for the fruit to caramelize. It has a very sweet flavor. It is a very special jam, since it contains pieces of melon and watermelon, as is typical in our kitchen. Ideal to combine with a good fresh cheese ice cream. to put in a summer fruit salad, or to accompany a venison sirloin in autumn.
