Preparation: Mix 500 g of dough, 155 g of butter and 1 egg (50 g). Knead until you get a firm dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. For the cookies: roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm and cut out shapes. Bake for about 12 minutes at 180°C (convection oven 160°C). For the apple pie: spread the dough to a thickness of about 5 mm, line a mold (22-24 cm) with the dough and fill with 1 kg of apple pieces mixed with a little cinnamon and sugar. Lay a grid of dough strips over the apples and cover with beaten egg. Bake for about 50 minutes at 170°C (convection oven 150°C).Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, lupine flour, raising agent: E450, E500, corn starch, natural flavor (citrus).
