Preparation: For one serving of Enchanted Cream®, mix 150g mix, 100ml milk and 100ml water for 3 minutes at high speed. The cream can be used immediately, as a filling or to decorate. The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, stirring before using it again. If you prefer, you can also prepare the mixture with just milk (200 ml) or just with water (200 ml), to make it more or less creamy.
