Preparation: Beat 250 ml of whipping cream until soft peaks form. Mix 50 g of the mousse mix with 60 ml of warm water and with encircling movements add it to the whipped cream. Use the mousse directly in a dessert or sponge cake and let it harden in the fridge for about 1 hour. Suitable for freezing. Ingredients: sugar, gelatin (pork), corn starch, dehydrated strawberries (6%), modified starch (potato), acidifier: E330, aroma, salt, colouring: E162. May contain traces of milk.
