Tomato jam is a Spanish specialty, made with ripe tomatoes from the Murcia region. We make this jam only in summer, when the tomatoes are ripe and thus we naturally achieve this fantastic red color. Combine with a toast with goat cheese, as an appetizer for a dice of cod or for a slice of beef carpaccio with a leaf of arugula. Also try preparing a special Bloody Mary with our tomato jam. Our jams are 100% natural, without artificial colors or additives of any kind.
