Sorted and placed by hand one by one and candied for a minimum of 6 months, to give your palate the intense flavor of the sea. Its fineness and texture make it possible to use it in many events to accompany our toast or our Iberian rind canapé rolled up with our pork rinds and a few drops of Cala Diabla.
