Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix with a flat/flexible beater 400 g of mixture, 160 ml of water and 180 ml (160 g) of vegetable oil for 3 minutes at medium speed until a smooth dough is obtained. Grease a baking pan about 25 cm (10") long or a round mold about Ø 20 cm (8"). Pour the batter into the pan and bake the cake in the center of the oven for about 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
